Business Hours for Accepting Boneless Venison:
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm (Closed 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm for Lunch)

Starting Thursday April 1st, 2021, we will no longer be accepting Boneless Venison to have made into Sausage Products. We will start making Sausage Products agian this Fall once Deer Season begins.

If you still wish to have Sausage made, you would need 25 lbs. trim to make a half a batch or 50 lbs. trim to make a whole batch. This goes for esch Sausage Product. Batches will be cooked along with our Retail Products when possible. Thank you

 

All venison has to be picked up by December 26th, 2020 unless you are having sausage made. Deer season is a long season. Sausage will be made until done. We make sausage items in the order that the venison is brought in. You will receive a phone call/message when your sausage items are done and are ready to be picked up. Thank you.

We are not responsible for venison that is not picked up by the first of the year.

  • $125.00 for Processing, Paid in Advance -no exceptions
    (Includes skinning, cutting, grinding, wrapping, & freezing)
  • Caping $30.00 EXTRA (Paid in Advance) - Must be picked up within 48 hours or we will not be responsible for its condition
  • Heads must remain on the deer when dropping them off or there will be an additional $20.00 Skinning Charge if they are gone (we can save the heads)
  • Heads with horns attached must be picked up within 48 hours or they will be disposed of
  • Antler Removal: $5.00 charge for cutting off horns on site
  • Whole deer into sausage there will be a $300.00 deposit (Paid in Advance)
If you wish to have your own separate batch of venison sausage made, you must have exactly 25 lbs. or 50 lbs.
(no less or no more) of venison per product. No exceptions

We do accept donated deer for the food pantry program. The deer must have HIDE and HEAD on to be accepted. You must also provide your Registration Confirmation Number, your DNR Cust ID Number and the CWD Bar Code (on the medallion you receive after testing).

Deer harvested in the CWD Counties can be accepted into the food pantry program but must be tested before being dropped off for processing and must have the head still attached.

Boneless Deer Venison Processing

Being deer hunters ourselves we take pride into producing the best quality products for our customers. Please bring your clean boneless venison in food grade containers. Boneless venison made into hamburger and/or breakfast sausage will be processed as soon as possible. Due to the enormous amounts of venison sausage produces, please allow us 3-4 months to process your sausage items. All sausage items will be processed in the order in which it is received. You will receive a phone call/message when your sausage is done and ready to be picked up. Thank you

FULL PAYMENT FOR VENISON MUST BE PAID ENTIRELY IN ADVANCE!! (no exceptions)

If you wish to have your own separate batch of venison sausage made, you must have exactly 25 lbs. or 50 lbs. (no less or no more) of venison per product. No exceptions

Any customer who wants Jerky and/or Dried made out of their boneless venison must put rounds into separate bags or containers

We only accept clean wholesome venison to insure your product will be at it's peak flavor and taste
